    Northumberland Fisheries Museum

    This museum has 2600 authentic antiques and artifacts from the heyday of the fisheries industry. Browse through engines, models, salvaged shipwreck specimens, photographs and more. The museum owns the Silver Bullet, known throughout the Maritimes for its speed.

    McCulloch House Museum - Hector Exibit & Research Centre

    The Rev. Dr McCulloch was the founder of Pictou Academy and the first president of Dalhousie College. He was interested in many things and this is reflected in the exhibits here including a chemistry set, bird collection and a fine library. The Hector Centre has local historical and craft exhibits and houses family and community histories including many sorts of records for those researching family history.
